Refund Policy

What is your return policy?

K's Artefacts does not accept returns. All sales are final.

What is your exchange policy?

K's Artefacts only offers exchanges, no refunds. If you receive your item and it is defective or damaged, you are eligible for an exchange ONLY after 2 days of receiving the item. 

What if my product is damaged/defective?

If you receive your order and it is damaged/defective, email us at ksartefacts@gmail.com. Please include your name, order number and pictures of your damaged/defective order. We will be sure to get back to you within 1-4 business days. 

What if I thought the appearance of my item was going to be different?

Unfortunately, all sales are final. Please review the item's description before purchase.

What address do I ship my exchange to?

To exchange your product, please contact us through email and we will provide the return address. In the package please be sure to include the full name that your order was originally placed under.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What if I never received my item?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are in the hands of the post office. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier (ex. UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL). We will provide you with the address, shipping carrier information, tracking information and date of delivery to assist you with your claim investigation. You shall receive compensation for your lost/stolen package through the shipping carrier.
