HOW TO ORDER:
1. Choose if you would like text added or not from the drop-down menu
2. Choose your desired colors from the drop down menu
3. Let us know the following information in the "Personalization Notes" section:
a. If you chose to add text please add what you would like
b. If you chose the custom color please provide in this section (max 4 colors)
c. If you would like something other than crushed glass or rocks, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate the request.
d. Please email the desired images to ksartefacts@gmail.com. There is a maximum of 2 images.
